I am very pleased to welcome you to Sedgefield Hardwick Primary Academy.

We are an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ nursery and primary school situated in the heart of the historic town of Sedgefield, County Durham. We provide a stimulating and exciting educational experience for 3-11 year olds.

Sedgefield Hardwick is a learning community which evolves and changes. We believe that education is about expanding our expectations and building on firm foundations. It is critical for our success that every learner is well equipped with a balance of social, moral and academic skills.
