Year 4 are in their second week of learning all about Europe. They have found out about the countries and capital cities as well as the diverse biomes of this amazing continent. Today they discovered how mountains are formed and located some well known mountains on maps.

We are very proud of one of our Year 6 pupils who travelled to the Royal Academy of Arts in London recently to see their artwork on display. Over 23,000 works were submitted for the exhibition, demonstrating the magnificent achievement in being one of the chosen few on show!

What happens when you mix a giraffe with a goldfish or an elephant with roller skates? Year 3 have been inspired by the artist Adonna Khare. The children have been practising their sketching skills using scribbling, contour lines, construction, hatching and cross-hatching.
